All of our Virtual Assistants are located in the Philippines, a country renowned for its talented, resourceful, and hardworking professionals.
Your Virtual Assistant is officially employed by VPS and protected under Philippine Labor Law. However, they are fully dedicated to working on your tasks and becoming an integral part of your team. We take care of all HR responsibilities, payroll, and backup support so that you can focus entirely on driving your business forward without the hassle of managing administrative tasks.
Yes, all of our Virtual Assistants are fluent English speakers, ensuring smooth, professional communication and collaboration.
For the first three months, our Operations Manager and Co-founder will facilitate the relationship between you and your VA, offering guidance and support to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Even after this period, our dedicated team remains accessible to address any concerns and foster smooth collaboration. Beyond day-to-day work, we invest in continuous training and skill-building for our VAs, focusing on strong work ethics and positive values for a healthy and productive work environment.
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If your Virtual Assistant doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to find a solution. You can choose from the following options if a replacement is needed:
- Continue with your current VA while we search for the right candidate.
- Pause your VA’s tasks while we find a replacement, with billing also paused during this period.
- Request temporary support from our internal team to ensure urgent tasks are completed while your replacement is finalized.
We’ll work closely with you to resolve the issue quickly and effectively.
Yes, we require a minimum three-month commitment. This period allows for proper onboarding, training, and integration of your VA into your team. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll use your feedback to find a better match during or after the initial commitment period.
Our VAs provide daily work reports highlighting completed tasks and any challenges faced. While we prioritize trust and accountability, you’re welcome to use performance-tracking tools or time trackers to monitor their workload further. We believe in transparency and open communication every step of the way.
If unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, internet issues, or emergencies occur, your VA will immediately inform both you and our Management Team. For urgent tasks that may be affected, we’ll coordinate a fast replacement to ensure deadlines are met and your workflow stays on track.
We take confidentiality seriously. All our Virtual Assistants sign strict confidentiality agreements, ensuring they cannot share any client information outside their designated work scope. While we encourage secure sharing methods for sensitive data like login credentials or financial information, VPS can recommend tools and best practices to enhance your data protection. Please note, however, that VPS cannot assume liability for any misuse.
